Well here are my totals; 500/265/460/1225.I had a long night at Lehigh U. throwing the shot.I did PR-38-6 but we didn’t get out of there til 10;45pm.Then we got to bed at 1am, then up a 6am for the Jersey meet This wasn’t my worst, nor my best. I’ll do some speed training for the next few days then back at it on Thurs.We go again 2/20/10 in Norfolk,Va.
